Subject: Fast and Easy Scarf Date: Fri, 5 Oct 2001 20:52:15 -0400 From: Knitting Patterns Forum To: "Knitting Patterns Forum" I found this on Yahoo. Looks simple and easy. I might just try it. Perfect for the cool weather ahead. Fast and Easy Scarf Use two strands of yarn on size 13 needles for a thick, warm scarf. Cast on 24 sts Knit across one row, then begin pattern: Rows 1-4: [knit 4, purl 4] across Rows 5-8: [purl 4, knit 4] across Repeat rows 1-8 until length desired (I made a total of 48 rows of blocks, which ended up being a little over 5 feet long), knit across one row, bind off. Add fringe. Voila, you're done! --------- P.S. Does anyone have any good craft ideas for a craft show that I am doing at the end of the month? I was thinking of Halloween and Americana. What do you like to see at a craft show. What draws you to the table?
